satisfaction while using our products. Everything on this website, www.rinafinancial.com, (including the underlying HTML, text,
illustrations, designs, icons, documents, products, software and all other website content) is owned by RINA Systems, Inc.
with the exception of Portfolio MaestroTM software which is exclusively owned by RINA Technologies, LLC.
If, for any reason, customers are not fully satisfied with our products, we offer a 30-day full
money back guarantee on the following products: Performance Suite,
Portfolio Evaluator, Money Manager and 3DSmartView. For
PortfolioStream a license agreement (either for individual or for
professional purchase) must be signed in order to be qualified for 30-day the evaluation period.
For Portfolio Maestro, licensee may terminate the
Portfolio Maestro license at any time, and license fee billing will immediately cease, however licensee will not be refunded for any billing periods and fees paid preceding termination,
including the month in which the license is terminated. Because of the deep discount being offered on Portfolio Maestro annual subscription fees,
annual subscriptions are collected in advance, and if the software license is terminated prior to the end of the term, no pro-rata refund will be made.
For Dynamic Zones Analysis Pack and Money Management DLL Pack there is no return policy.
Also there in no return policy for RINA Financial Services, these include Custom Development, Trading Performance Evaluation
and Educational Workshops.
This return policy applies only to products that have been purchased on
www.rinafinancial.com and on www.rinatechnologies.com.
